Milkshake

Well, lightprincess has posted a very interesting recipe :-P MILKSHAKE :-D miam miam or… gloup gloup… Here’s an exerpt:

  2. da simplest way to have da greatest milkshake ever:

    take a cow, and get her do some push-ups or any other exercise… [contact Mrs Paul of the QEC P.E Dept for super shaking super jumping and super stretching exercises]
    Now you give her nipples a nice massage as a reward for having been such a good girl, and there you are with some (fresh) milkshake!

  7. oh.. so viru5 is was a P.E teacher.. sad to tell you this, boy.. mais t’iras pas au paradis (même si c’etait à prévoir, vu le nombre de péchés à ton compte :-P ).. tu finiras le restant de tes jours au purgatoire à hurler des instructions à de pauvres pécheurs comme nous.. du genre:
    “high knees jumping! high, i said! higher!”
    ou
    “stretch stretch stretch.. stretch till you feel your muscles tearing and your veins burning..”
    si quelqu’un ose vous prêcher que le purgatoire c’est toujours mieux que l’enfer.. bottez-lui les fesses!

  9. i must say “was” P.E teacher bout 3 years ago… so am no longer in the instruction giving business anymore :p

    and it is also to be noted that in my college days i almost never attended P.E classes… i found jumping the fencing and walls around the school (though the gates were wide open most of the time… but that did not give the impression and satisfaction of running away) highly effective as atheletic training :)
