3 Layers Jelly… yummy

Today, for dessert, I had mum’s famous 3 Layers Jelly… Miam :-P Won’t bore you much more… Here’s the recipe :-P

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of Agar Agar powder (one white and one coloured)
  • Milk ( 1L for 10g of Agar Agar)
  • Assorted Canned Fruits
  • Sugar for taste
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Blanched Almonds

Procedure:

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. Add the white agar agar, sugar and vanilla essence.
  3. Boil everything together.
  4. Do the same for the coloured agar agar but replace the milk with water.
  5. Arrange the fruits in a large dish.
  6. Pour part of the white mixture in the dish.
  7. Let it cool down for some minutes.
  8. Pour all of the coloured one on it and let it cool down.
  9. Pour the rest of the white mixture on it.
  10. Sprinkle blanched almonds on the third layer.
