Meet me in the future…

Meet me in the future,
there’s no telling of how I would be…

Getting on the crowded train,
An expressionless face,
she is all what we see,
an empty woman with a career,
No life, nothing,
simply money.

Or, would it be different?

A warm and charming smile,
in her arms, she hold someone,
her little girl, her world,
as she watches over the garden,
another smile welcomes her,
that of the one who holds her heart…

Meet me in the future,
This is all how it’s supposed to be.

The trends are changing,
Life depends solely one me.
Meet me in the future.
Somewhere the present “me”
would not be.

I want to meet the “me” in the future.
To show her how life should be.

Hello people. I’m back after a long time. For how long, I don’t know. I remember saying I was back the last time as well. :p Here is a little something that I wrote today. Kinda different. I was inspired… by… my SATS exams. Well, how? I don’t want to say :p I thought of it in the shower and knew I just had to post it NOW! I’m running late, so I’ll be quick. :p The little blog is now one year and 3 weeks old. Happy Birthday xD And Have a nice day everyone *grin*

The Big Bang Theory

big bang

All starts in a little corner of the universe where, separated by 150 million kilometers from a very familiar star, lies a tiny dot in the vast ocean of the long created big bang residuals…. a little place we call home! (for those who did not get it yet am talking about the sun and earth)… from the simplicity of microscopic lifeless objects to the infinity of complexity of our own humble existence, all surrounded by innumerable mysteries and puzzles… Where did all those things we take for granted come from? where did we come from?
To take you to the heart of our creation lets just get back in time… a time where nothing existed… but yet a time that will be crucial for the formation of the entire universe as we know it…. lets get back to the Big Bang! (just a little something about the big bang for those who do not know… it was theorised that the creation of the universe was secondary to an explosion of an unimaginable magnitude which created massive scattering of hydrogen and dust in the over a perimeter which until now cannot be properly evaluated)
After the Big Bang there was a massive amount of hydrogen and dust clouds spinning and swirling around faster and faster creating a huge amount of frictional heat and sticking to one another, growing in size and sucking all matter around it like a whirlpool of titanic dimension. These superheated whirlpools gave birth to new stars and surrounding the star new planets were formed from amassing of huge amount of dust and hydrogen atoms. Thus new galaxies were created… but if the big bang gave away only dust and hydrogen where did the other elements and compounds we know come from?
Professor Lewrance Krauss (Case Western Reserve University) explains in his book “The Power Of Creation” that the destructive power of a balloon size content of hydrogen found in a H bomb has one of the most destructive capacity known to mankind, but within a star there are hundreds of kilometers across of this which releases the magnitude of millions of H bomb explosion energy per second, but this energy instead of being destructive, is rather creative…. The calcium in your bones, the carbon important for life or the sulfurs as minerals they were all created within a star just from minor hydrogen atoms superheated and converted!

big bang 2

The explosion of a star millions of years ago billions of kilometers away could have been our creator! Its quite simple to understand according to Doctor Paul Drake (university of Michigen)… A star explodes when it runs out of fuel and with this explosion it releases all the elements it had in its heart which then scatter over huge perimeters accompanying the force field of the explosion. A dying star consists of layers just like in a onion. The outer layer comprises of remnant hydrogen gas followed by a deeper layer which is composed of calcium sulpher and carbon for by superheating of hydrogen atoms and the inner core of the star is molten iron. These elements associated with the proper conditions can lead to formation of life. (explosion of a star is called a supernova and is seen once every 100 years or so according to Professor Bob Kirshner (Havard University) who was give the pet name “father of supernova” after his discovery of the first ever supernova seen through a telescope {1987})
Various theories about our existence on Earth have been put forward but the most intriguing one was that of a commet (ice),containing all elements essential for life originating from the heart of a long dead star, crashed on our planet billions of years ago and along with the existing optimal environment life emerged… this theory was on top of the “most likely origin” after the discovery of the rapidity of development of life on earth which was less likely to have originated from our own planet… basically this theory also leaves the possibility that life may have evolved paralleling our own but in a distant corner of the universe yet unknown to us. And don’t forget that we are then the aliens :P
Next time someone asks you where you come from… just answer that you came from outer space, created inside the heart of a star.

The Relativity Theory and Time Travel

sand dial
Time travel a fiction or a reality? This has been the question asked by many… is it the solution to eternal youth? well Hollywood most certainly thinks so… we have heard we have visualised we have dreamt and we have fantasized and yet we have not realised it! some blockbuster movies also came along making us wonder whether someday we will be able to do it… After all if Jule Vernes did imagine a submarine in his time, almost exactly as it is today, without actually seeing one then nothing can really surprise us… from the wormhole in Stargate to the wonder car in Return Towards The Future. But lets get to the reality of it and stop dreaming about science fiction!

Albert Einstein… a name and a fame… re wrote the whole concept of time being an “invariable constant”. According to the millennium’s Genius time is in fact a “variable constant” that is taking a simple example of the formula v=d/t (velocity=distance divided by time) for an object moving with constant velocity applying our logic we would say distance covered per unit time is constant also… and in fact it is! but then lets take a little fictive example… a car moving at 500 km/h and inside the car a child throwing a seed at a speed of 3km/h in the same direction as the car is moving… a person standing on the road will actually see the seed moving at 500+3=503 km/h but the child will see it moving only at 3km/h… now lets assume that human eyes could follow the speed of light (299792458 m/s)… now lets assume the child moving in the car at 500 km/h (138.9 m/s) switching on a flashlight… if we follow the same logic the observer outside the car should have seen the light moving at (299792458+138.9)m/s and the child only at the speed of light… but according to James Clerk Maxwell’s experiments the speed of light is constant and cannot be added up to the speed of any object moving… not coming back to the formula v=d/t, velocity being constant at the speed of light, to compensate for the changes in variables either distance or time should be variable (as a matter of fact both are!)… After years of research Einstein came to a solution… the relativity theory which states that time actually changes “relative” to the experimenter’s or observer’s point of view and the faster the experimenter moves the greater the time distortion… that is the experimenter moving at a speed nearing that of light will actually see time moving faster and the observer who is static will see time moving slower… basically the experimenter will take 10 minutes to drink a cup of coffee while actually for the static observer almost 9 months passed by. (u can use this site to calculate relative ages http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/einstein/hotsciencetwin/ …its fun :p)

Einstein

Well then that’s great but what stops us from time travelling? If only life was that simple! Einstein also predicted that a body moving faster will actually gain mass (using a varient of F=ma) so basically an object moving at speed of light or near speed of light would require an increasing acceleration to the point of infinity so as to be able to propel the infinite mass of the object moving at a high velocity and for that we will need a source of infinite power which is until now impossible to get! We also have to face another problem… moving at a high speed would definitely get you stagnating on your timeline while the timeline of stagnating people would keep moving… basically u may age by 2 years while a century passed by… but there is no way to reverse this as TIME TRAVEL IS UNIDIRECTIONAL and is not really what science fiction time travel is that’s what most hollywood film makers tend to ignore… (well personally i think if we decrease the speed of rotation of the Earth we can actually move at a slower rate in our timeline relative to someone moving near speed of light who actually is going on a faster timeline relative to ours but that will only save use like a decade or so and the one travelling at speed of light will still be 90 years ahead! and decreasing earth rotation in theory is possible! maybe someday i’ll postulate a new theory who knows!! :p). Coming back to our topic… if time travel is unidirectional and u can only move forward that means that u cannot alter anything of your past but u can alter the future… thus eliminating the “grandfather’s paradox” which states that if u kill your grandma before your mum is born u will not eventually be born. but still you will be definitely challenging the law of energy conservation… if you go to the future you will be an increased mass in your present and an excess mass in the future also… that is given that mass and energy is related the energy at your present time will increase the total mass by your velocity (as stated above the faster u move the more mass u gain) and in the future u will be an excess energy which was not supposed to be present… thus energy will not be constant and conserved!

time travel realised through baryonic particles and exotic matter are still under investigation and could reveal to be useful but they do still have many drawbacks (if u r interested to read more go to http://www.daviddarling.info/encyclopedia/W/wormhole.html)

progress never ends and we must always keep up with it… for the betterment of our race and for the future!

Updates and updates

Gone for 2 weeks, disappeared from blogland… Kidnapped again? Well, no need to call the authorities for I’m right here ^.^ These two weeks kept me quite busy and I had the impression that I was cursed… Who would do that, I wonder.

First of all was that horrible rain which kept me at home and I couldn’t even go out. Not that I am complaining, but rain and me, we can’t say we really go together. Anyway, with no school and tuitions, I spent quite a depressing day at home, sleeping :P But then I guessed there was someone who wasn’t happy seeing me like that and all kind of events started happening…

To begin with, I don’t know how but my knee bumped with by DVD drive and something moved inside and it was totally stuck. It was already not working properly before but I guessed this time, it was the end of it. Really, and I had to free my hard disk space, well it took me quite a long time to do that. Longer than necessary.

Then… well… the worst was to come. My newly bought iPhone went totally mad. My parents had bought be one 3 days before and well, I was messing up with something, it went blank and WHOOPS, it’s no more working. We sent it for repairs but it’s still not working. Now, something kinda.. moved inside… and it’s not reading my SIM card anymore.

That’s not all. The lighting in my room… started… blinking. It still is. Luckily, my dad had put 2 other lighting… things in my room, so I’m managing quite well. But I want the other one back. I don’t think I should be using what was put up for decoration. It… sucks… big time. Quite dim… I am actually wondering why they were but here.

I can’t remember what happened anymore, but that was quite a bad week. Luckily most of the things got solved. Bought myself a new DVD drive, I got an N95 instead of the iPhone, which I don’t mind really, but as for the lighting, still trying to find an electrician. *sigh*

Hello =P

With my Internet connection back to normal, I just couldn’t resist coming over here :p It no more takes like… 30 minutes to load a page… well, it’s back to normal :p So… what happened during my days of disappearance? Nothing much, I was kidnapped by aliens and forced to … erm… let’s just forget about this :p

So, nearly one month went by, less that one month actually and managed to put everything back in order. With the school term nearly over, I’m having quite a lot of time to myself (which is why I’m sleeping so much :p ) So prepare yourselves to read my long boring posts once again :p

Welcome back…

Should I be saying welcome back to myself for I HAVE been absent for a few days now. *sigh* I don’t know how, but even when I don’t have anything to do, I seem not to have time. I hear the clock ticking from far without really caring and it yet another day again..

You ever felt that? That everything seems to go so quickly that you don’t even have time to revise. Studies, things here, things there… I nearly don’t have time to sleep and you guys know how I  value my sleep… And this Internet connection doesn’t help either. I have to wait like 10 minutes before everything loads and well, that’s more time being wasted. Before you ask, yes I called and got the answering machine… again… I should go to their office… but guess what, i don’t have time… :|

*breathe*

I am even thinking of suspending my blogging activities temporarily… not that I have been active lately… I simply can’t find time for anything else :| Well, I’ll see how it goes these few days… As much as I love blogging, a balance should be there somewhere… We’ll see about that :-) For the time being, I think I’ll just go to sleep ^.^

Beauty of Math!

Hope you appreciate this beautiful arangement of numbers… I was quite stunned on watching it for the first time.. me a not so mathematical boy… LOL

1 x 8 + 1 = 9
12 x 8 + 2 = 98
123 x 8 + 3 = 987
1234 x 8 + 4 = 9876
12345 x 8 + 5 = 98765
123456 x 8 + 6 = 987654
1234567 x 8 + 7 = 9876543
12345678 x 8 + 8 = 98765432
123456789 x 8 + 9 = 987654321

1 x 9 + 2 = 11
12 x 9 + 3 = 111
123 x 9 + 4 = 1111
1234 x 9 + 5 = 11111
12345 x 9 + 6 = 111111
123456 x 9 + 7 = 1111111
1234567 x 9 + 8 = 11111111
12345678 x 9 + 9 = 111111111
123456789 x 9 +10= 1111111111

9 x 9 + 7 = 88
98 x 9 + 6 = 888
987 x 9 + 5 = 8888
9876 x 9 + 4 = 88888
98765 x 9 + 3 = 888888
987654 x 9 + 2 = 8888888
9876543 x 9 + 1 = 88888888
98765432 x 9 + 0 = 888888888

Brilliant, isn’t it?

And look at this symmetry:

1 x 1 = 1
11 x 11 = 121
111 x 111 = 12321
1111 x 1111 = 1234321
11111 x 11111 = 123454321
111111 x 111111 = 12345654321
1111111 x 1111111 = 1234567654321
11111111 x 11111111 = 123456787654321
111111111 x 111111111 = 12345678987654321

Love ….^^

love.png

Today I begin to understand what love must be, if it exists. When we are parted, we each feel the lack of the other half of ourselves. We are incomplete like a book in two volumes of which the first has been lost. That is what I imagine love to be: incompleteness in absence.” Goncourt

That’s a very nice quote which i came across.. and i wanted to share it with you..

And bbzush sincerely appologises for her absence as she is having some serious internet conection problems…LOVE

Mauritius Lagoon

Mauritius  Coast Of Mauritius

I was reading an article on Reuters today.. http://www.reuters.com/article/latestCrisis/idUSL0748250 It talked about the decline of our precoius and lovely Mauritian lagoon.. Remember.. Mauritius Was prefered by the Dutch (in the 18th century) because of our lagoon with a lot of fish.. it was easy to get a catch..

Lastly a few fishermen got lost in the sea.. ( its happening a bit frequently since these last 3 years) and all that.. because our lagoon is not that rich anymore :(  Fishermen have to go more and more in the high sea to fish..

I think there are a few things which are contributing to that…and to my point of view,.. the main cause is pollution.. Big and great hotels are built along the coast. we do have great hotels here.. but on one hand it is bringing the economy up and on the other side.. pulluting the sea..  I have to add tha overfishing is also contributing to why there is less and less fish in the lagoon.

A high tourist activity might also contribute to this savage wreckage of our coral reefs.. am sad i do not have pictures of the coral reefs in hand right now, but i asure you, it’s very beautiful to see . But it is going to a waste… when i say tourist activity, i mean diving, harpooning and the higher activity of boats in the lagoon.

And lastly, i wish to stress on the fact that the 2004 tsunami which had hit the indian ocean on that fatal 26th december did damage the coral reeefs of the island.. and it was that very coral reef which had made us Mauritians still alive…

I tried to be as brief as i could to ensure quick reading .. Tander la viru5 !! pa fer pares la !

Spoilt Brat…

Well, today, I was behaving like a spoilt brat, which I am not usually… Or maybe which I am but I do not realise. :S Anyway… behaving like a 4 year old can be quite refreshing sometimes, though it does drain out all my energy. I threw tantrums at every little thing, even got my mother to feed me because I was to lazy to eat and wanted a TOY! Yes, you read well… I wanted a toy… I wonder what made be ask for a toy, but hey, I wanted one. I think I was acting like that because I was really tired, and maybe, I wanted to be pampered :P

Well, here is what I got from Dad… Keep reading →
